Meaning: The front CU Board announces: Power base defective (possibly through massive condensation)
Corrective action: (1) Allow to dry completely the Segway, (2) Remove the batteries and put them back, (3) If the errors still exists, insert other batteries. If that does not help the BASE must be returned to service.
